About the new homes

Adams Grove is a mix of rental housing designed to accommodate many different types of families. The 50 homes range from a one bedroom garden apartment to a four bedroom townhome.

Construction Update (5/10/2018):

Six buildings on the 4300 and 4400 blocks of Swan Avenue (four townhomes and eight garden apartments) are complete and occupied. Another four
buildings (four townhomes and six garden apartments) are complete on the 4400 block of Norfolk Avenue. Once unit is occupied and residents will move into the remaining units over the coming week. Occupancy permits have been issued for the two buildings (two townhomes and four garden apartments) at the southwestern site on the 4400 block of Norfolk Avenue. Four buildings (two townhomes and eight garden apartments) located on the 4400 block of Vista Avenue are being trimmed out and will soon be ready for cleaning. Flooring is being installed in the final four buildings (two townhomes and ten garden apartments) on the 4400 block of Vista Avenue. Project completion is anticipated in June.
